picture browser

Are there any free picture browsers to put on a cd. so when i insert the cd a window will pop up that will display all the pictures.

Not that I'm aware of. But, I can suggest a good, free, Picture veiwer. Faststone image view is very good, you should try it.

Also, when you put a CD with photos in your drive, Windows will ask what program you would like to use. If you set it to use a photo viewer for disks with photos, I think that will do, more or less, what you would like.
