Hi anyone, i know this is a bit of a long shot as this is a computer forum not a Philips one, but i have tried looking for a philips one with no sucsess, anyway i have a Philips micro jukebox and its been playing up ever since i got it, first the software wont install then the computer wont recignize the mp3 player and now when i connect it to my pc on the player's screen the icon that that is ment to appear dose then the the device goes off then back on again and this process just repeats not allowing me to get any songs on it, as i said its a long shot but if anyone could tell me what is going on or give me a link to a good Philips help forum, anything!! it would be much appreciated.
