Default Philips headphones

My philips noise cancelling headphones don't work... they were 80 bucks and I want them to replace it, where do I call/email?!?! One of the wires is kinda weary it doesnt work if I move it.

if you contact them then they will probs tell you to return them to the shop, so thats what id do. if they refuse to exchange them then tell phillips this. after all if they broke on you and it wasnt your fault then they should give you a new pair

oh, hmm well yea you did the right thing then. although without a reciept you arnt in a very good position. theres still a chance though
