Default PF Usage question

Can anyone tell me what your average PF Usage that is listed in task manager? I play BattelField 2 a lot and I started have problems with it freezing ..freeze-smooth-freeze-smooth-freez. When I leave the game my PF Usage is 800mb. Please help.

Mine is 505MB, but I have like 10 Windows opened up right now. I also have Bearshare downloading crap loads of stuff. My startup programs are running in the background are CounterSpy, Norton Firewall and Systemworks, Ghost, Wincinema, Quicktime, ActiveSyn, CloneCD, and Windows Update. I've got 62 processes going on right now. Bearshare is the huge culprit for the high PF usage because it's using up a lot RAM and accessing the hard drive the whole time I'm downloading.
