Default pentium 4 system with celeron parts?

hey i was just looking at upgrading my ubuntu system from an old Celeron 700Mhz to something with a bit of speed. I am thinking of just building my own Pentium 4 system, but was wondering if i could save any of the Celeron system parts for the new build. I know i will need New Mobo, CPU and RAM but was wondering if i could keep the PSU, Harddrive.
Harddrive is IDE
Case is ATX
not sure about PSU need to know if a stock Ipex celeron 700 would have enough power for basic pentium 4 system.
I've come here today to chew bubblegum and kickarse...and i'm all out of bubblegum
