Default Pentium 4 Question...

I am new here and have a few Pentium 4 Questions...
1.)I have 2 Intel Pentium 4's in my computer, both running at 3.20GHz, is this any good?
2.)What would this be equivelent to in more recent processors?

ok download this here http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
ands run it and it tells you all about your cpu and memory mainly , it also tells you about mainboard and vid card
then report back your findings

also the lastest best dual core system is the intel core 2 duo
