I have an older pc laying around and thought I would mess with some Linux.
I found PCLinuxOS on the web, and just wondering if anyone here has heard of it or used it, or has any other suggestions for windows like Linux OS to mess with.
i just installed ubuntu. it was easy to install, runs well, does some cool stuff. i ran it as a live cd on my older comp and it seemed to handle it ok. its a pretty stable/simple os.
I'll check out Ubuntu.
