PCI Video Capture Device

Im looking at getting a Video Capture Device for my pc, because i wanna convert my old vhs tapes to dvd, but i can't seem to find any reviews. Does anyone know a really good one that they can recommend
price isn't really an issue but nothing over $300.

works a treat! (only has one audio input though so i also bought... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=96942&item=5761592226 )

works great though, just plug composite video into card from vhs player and you can watch it on the screen and record it using the programme that comes with it. then just flick it onto dvd
