Default PCI Express x16 splitter?

I have a GTX 280, but also wish to buy a PCI e x16 SATA 3/USB 3.0 Card.

Is there a splitter I could use to do this, and how much would the performance of each be impacted?

Cheers in advance.

Joe

Never heard of one. Not sure if it exists.
