Okay, I've read other posts saying go ahead and get PC4000 over PC3200 even though AMD boards only support PC3200. Is it actually worth the money. I also want to verify that it IS okay to use PC4000 RAM in boards that only support PC3200, and possibly understand any problems that I may encounter doing so.

Thanks,

sure its worth the money, faster is always better except in intels case :D and yes it will work with the amd motherboard u just have to change the settings in the bios

I'd say it's not worth the money.
It will NOT work any faster, the mobo supports a maximum clock speed of 400mhz (pc3200) so no matter how fast the memory is it will work at 400mhz. (pc3200)

It should work fine, but I would get it only if u are planning on overclocking.
