Unhappy Pc Wont Turn On

Ive finished building my pc (for the most part, beside HD, DvD driver and grafix cards) This is my first build and when i put all the needed parts in the pc wont turn on at all.

Theres a little green light on the mobo (before i turn it on) i guess that means its getting some power.

Mobo
CPU
CPU fan
Power Supply
And 1g of ram

need more details just ask

umm the 1st thing to try would be find the jumpers that your power on button should go to and short it with a electrical screw driver

by this i mean there is 2 pins that make your pc turn on so find them in your mobo manual and just make a connection between them using the end of your screwdriver

and if this doesnt work try taking everything out of the pc case and place your motherboard on the static bag it came in and connect it all up and c what happens it may be shortin out on the case
