Sorry for the late reply.. Been really busy.

I'm not sure what my budget is right now. But I am aiming for at least 500-700. Enough for a good computer to play new released games and daily browsing as well. So basically daily browsing is enough for maybe 300, gaming is just the video card.

Thanks!!

For that price you can get a kit with some decent parts but may not be enough for gaming.

Intel based - Intel® Core™ i3-4330 CPU/Asus Intel B85M-G mATX MB/8GB Patriot Viper Xtreme Memory/ENYLE E-Series ATX Mid Tower Case w/500W PSU Bundle at TigerDirect.com

AMD based - CybertronPC Forge Barebones - AMD Dual-Core A4-3400 2.70GHz, 4GB DDR3, 500GB HDD, DVDRW, NO OS, - TBB1223A at TigerDirect.com

See list here of all kits in that range Barebone Kits | TigerDirect.com

Both of those kits don't include a GPU.

Hey BK, I'd like to ask. Why do you like kits so much?

I recommend kits for the following:

1. Parts are carefully selected for compatibility.

2. They are a good first build option.

doesn't these kits also have a lower price than buying them all on their own?
