Default PC too cold?

Alright, I just pulled an old gateway tower out of my attic and it's COLD up there. My house has 2 gable vents on each end in the attic and it's about 13F outside right now. I just tried to plug the pc in and fire it up and it won't.....do you think the cold is making it not work? It was sitting right beside one of the gable vents and getting cold air.

I'm going to let it warm up overnight and see if it works..Hopefully it does because it was the computer I was planning to use for my fileserver.

Edit:
Nevermind.....she fired up after a few mins of being in the heat...

Oh yeah, let it warm to room temperature. Don't fire her up while condensated. Else, it'll short and die if it starts.

There was no condensation, it was dry. It fired up okay.

Weird... Shouldn't computers start at what ever temperature?

Or was it probably the PSU causing that?

I'm not sure what was causing it, but when I first plugged it in and turned it on....nothing at all happened.

Then a few mins later, I tried it again and it worked.

I bet even though the parts can't get too cold, the PSU can, and maybe the hard drives too.
