Default PC Monitoring Tool

Is there a tool out there that sits on the side of my desktop that can monitor;

A) Computer core(s) usage
B) CPU Tempriture

and that looks cool and dont take much CPU time or memory??

There's plenty of them, although, I'm use to using Smart Guardian, but not sure if that will work with your mobo. I could code one for you

Asus Probe on your m/board CD is a monitoring tool, you don't like it or for some reason dont want to use it? It can be minimised to system tray if it is too obtrusive.

You might want to try out Samurize, that's a good program that you can setup to put dialogs on your desktop that will have stats of your pc.
