no way in hell can you emualate a PS3 you would need a 10 core system to do that i belive the PS3 has a quad core where each core can handle like 2 threads its confusing but NO WAY could you get over 1FPS emualting a PS3 on a computer. you would need a super computer's cpu to do that.

But get Condition Zero so you can play DW server. There mad good. But soon [NLW] will have a server up and running.

Thats sortta complicated (counter strike)...So first, I download steam (which is free right?), then I get CSS or CS condition zero (are they the same thing?), then I can play right?

You want to get Steam for free, then buy CSS which is much better than CS condition zero. Then you play..
