No alerts each few seconds,

Few days was okay, then it drove me crazy,

i use trend internet security, its better then NAV 2004 by sooo much

If I kept getting an error every few seconds and I couldn't figure it out. I would just give up and reformat.

well i would use a more proper Anti-virus, ZoneAlarm Security Suite has an anti-virus and ive used it for a year and haven't gotten any viruses yet!

I used to close the program when it drove me crazy,

Just I felt more secure on the net with at least a anti-virus program, so that my computer stays clean.

well that network virus thing only comes up whenever someone is trying to connect to ur pc
