Default PC+Card+Supply Compatitbility

Are these three things compatible?

NOTE: The case has been changed so that it's no longer a "Small form factor". (It's bottom half is completely empty and pretty darn huge.)

PC: eMachines EL1352-51 Specs (Athlon II 170U 2 GHz) - Desktops - CNET Reviews

Card: EVGA 01G-P3-1373-AR GeForce GTX 460 SuperClocked Video Card - 1024MB GDDR5, PCI-Express 2.0, Dual DVI, Mini HDMI, SLI, DirectX 11, Fermi w/Limited Lifetime Warranty with Registration at TigerDirect.com

Supply: Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500-Watt Power Supply at TigerDirect.com

Would/do I need anything else for it to work properly by the way? I want to make sure I get everything right.(The thought of cracking open something expensive, at least for me, scares me to death.)
