PC Build Help

I am getting a new, custom computer but I'm having trouble with getting the right power supply, cpu, motherboard, and tower setup. Here is my current build:

I'm putting in my old hard drive, card reader, and cd or dvd player. Will I be able to hook all this stuff up?

One thing I'm worried about is the motherboard. I'm not sure which one to get for my cpu.

If I wanted to upgrade to a phenom II 2.8GHz x4 cpu then would I need a 600w power supply? That's what I have now.

I think 600w is fine, I'd personally like a 650w but that's just me plus it's definately enough for your gpu
