Get some off lease P4 systems from tigerdirect.

I looked at tiger and i found this:

Its $50 more, but I think it well worth it. I will give him these 2 choice with me recommending eMachine

That looks okay for what they will be doing. It should be faster than the atom.

I do not know where, but there are some places where you can get off lease P4 dells for like $100.
