Pavillion dv7-1245dx worth $200?

Hey, I have a friend who would be willing to sell me a Pavillion dv7-1245dx for $200 and i dont currently have a laptop. Do you guys think its worth it? Everything works fine on it.

Pretty good.

Make sure it runs quickly though, Harddrive not making weird noises, and the spec of the machine is still as it was when bought, namely: 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD etc,

Alright. I plan on upgrading it to 8 gb of ram but for 200 dollars cant really go wrong.
