How hard are they to make?

you don't "make" them, they're just slow, usually outdated computers that can't really do much of anything else, so you just download and seed torrents with them because that doesn't take much processing power just bandwidth, that way you can't download/upload/seed torrents (torreentbox) and play online games (main rig) at the same time, I was thinking of making one because if I'm downloading/seeding a torrent I have to remember to pause or stop them every time I want to play S.T.A.L.K.E.R. online or my ping will be way too high and usually gets me booted off servers I play on, most S.T.A.L.K.E.R. servers are Eastern European so my ping is already high to begin with (usually around 150) but when downloading/uploading it can get as high as 500+ ms...
