you need to download a vista repair disk from:

http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/download-windows-vista-x64-recovery-disc/


now, once its done shoot away to google.com and search, download IMGBURN, download this and then install open it up, click browse a file, get your repair disk you download, click that, click ok, click the big WRITE BUTTON with a disk picture onit now burn it to a black disk, will take 7mins, now restart the pc with the disk in, now boot from cd, if it is not set to boot from cd go into bios by pressing f2 or del, now search for a option in the blue bios screen that looks something liek: boot from harddrive 1, boot from cd 2, their will be options telling you about what your boot is, so make cd rom 1st now press enter, f10 press y restart, disk will say, press any key to boot from cd, now boot from it, now it will load, follow it threw repair the pc and your done, if this don't fix it, put the disk in again and get into the command promt via the disk and type copy c:\windows\system32\boot\winload.exe c:\windows\system32\
