Default Palit Nvidia 9500GT 1gb drivers?

Hi, well i've just built my pc and installed windows 7 ultimate...

Now my graphics card come with a CD but i don't think it's the latest driver, would i download the driver from the nvidia website or would i go to some sort of palit website to get them?

Also whilst i'm here..when i go to the nvidia website, i click download drivers which would normally take me to another screen, listing all the cards..instead it takes me to another page and downloads something like this..

Why is it doing this and how do i get around it?

try going to nvidia.com instead of nvidia.co.uk... change your region settings to North America and see if it will help.
