Default packets

how do I check how many packets my computer is sending and recieving? thanks for any help.

is this for isp?...cant you just go to network connections and right click on your connection and select status on the drop down menu?

Go to
Control Panel-Networko connections-and right click which ever one you want then hit "Status"
