I have a PACKARD BELL EasyNote MZ35-U005 which was ment to come with internal wireless which it did not, so we went back to Pc world and they said they cannot order it so they gave us an external usb wireless adaptor free. But i keep knocking it against things and now it is brocken. Can anyone tell me what INTERNAL wireless i need as i do not know how to find out. I know there are different types and sizes but that is all!
Also everything we put into the usb slot on the computer, it says it has malfunctioned so what do i do?
If it helps it has a 60GB hard drive 2GB ram and windows Vista Premium.
Thank you for helping me in advance, we have had the computer for 2 years and we have never got much help from Pc world.
