Default P4 3GHZ HT vs P4 3.2GHZHT EE

If I buy the Extreme Edition for my PC, will I see a big difference in performence out of it? OR, am I just throwing money away?

This is probably awkward, but...does ANY S478 CPU has the EM64T set?

ok acording to Intel the EE CPUs are ment to be overclocked. Meaning that you can overclock the crap out of a EE. and no. No S478 CPU is EM64T only LGA775
