Default p4 2.8 or athlon 64 3200+ or 3.0ghz

if they both had the same specs
512mb
200gb wd 7200rpm 8mb buffer
fx5200 ultra
what would be faster the 2.8ghz or the 3200+ or the 3.0ghz. ive seen the benchmarks but actual feedback from people that have had them is better,
is there anyway to disable the cool n quiet thing yet and what is a good heat sink and fan combo to get for overclocking, thanks

I think he means the 3200+ would be faster, which I agree with.

the difference between clawhammer and winchester is that winchester uses a 90nm process and the clawhammer uses a 130nm process. And the 3200+ would be faster.

Plus the Clawhammer uses the 754 socket while the Winchester uses the 939 socket
