Ok so first just wanted to say Hi to everyone here. So.....HI.

Alright, let's get to it shall we? So I am about to begin building my second gaming rig. In the first build I had no idea about cable management. So in this one I want it to be very clean. My question about the p.s.u is: Is it a problem if I mount the p.s.u upside-down in the case. Left me give a couple quick specs.
I have-CoolerMaster Strom Scout
ThermalTake 750 modulated p.s.u.
The case has a mesh screen on the bottom where the p.s.u will go, so this makes think it is possible to mount it upside-down without any issues. The reason I want to do it upside-down is, this placement will give an inch or so of more cable length. Mainly the cable I am talking about is the ATX 12v power cable. If anyone has any suggestions or comments I would love to hear them. Thanks in advanced.

First off.....welcome to CF!

Usually the way the holes are positioned on psu's doesn't make it possible to mount it any other way, plus the cutout in the back of the case might not allow it either.
