Default "Override" error after replacing cooler


my brother replaced the cooler on his computer. Now when starting it up the comp gives an "Override" error when turning on. SOmebody knows what is wrong? And how to solve?

By cooler do you mean heatsink?

Please post the entire error. I have seen more than one startup errors that contain the word override in it.
How many people can read hex if only you and dead people can read hex?
