Exclamation Overheating problems?

Hello. Sometimes my computer overheats and sometimes it doesn't. When I'm playing DotA,a computer game, it always shuts down. But for the last 2 days it hasn't. Then today, it did. The computer always overheats with videos, games, pictures, etc. HELP!!!!

what type of case do you have? have you cleaned out your computer recently? dust acts like a blanket on hardware, so open it up and vacuum it out. Make sure you have air blowing in and out of the case.
