Default Overclocking Throuh BIOS

I have been told to overclock through the BIOS. How should i start i know that i need to overclock everything to keep it at a steadie rate. Please help me

Hey thanks i think i figured it out. Im not gonna try it yet untill i get a fan controller so i can tell the temp. easily.

it should show the temp in the bios.
So it doesn't take long to check it from there once in a while.

Is the average cooling you'd get with a case (I have an antec TX640: http://www.antec.com/us/productDetails.php?ProdID=61640) and the provided cooling on componants like the AMD fan i got with my 3500+, the chipset fan on my ASUS A8N-E Motherboard, and the fan and heatsinks on my Gainward 6600GT enough to overclock???...Or would i need more advanced cooling?
