Default Overclocking Processor

Ok i had 900 MHZ Computer it was underclocked i went to overclock it to 1200 MHZ and it didnt load up windows the temperature of the processor was 51 C and i saw in some place i read says as long as ur processor is under 60 C its fine but it didnt load up Windows Help me please.

Sound like you overclocked it to much go into your bios and underclock it

I did but i had it at 1200 MHZ a long time ago but my cuzin brought it down. What do i do?

Ok I have an idea try reseting your BIOS

Consult your mainboard manual I don't think removing the battery is wise choise but if you don't have another one the take it.
