there pc-3200 sticks and the brands are 1 is ultra and the other i cant remember but there both 512mb sticks

not enough info sorry mate, they should have a sticker on the actual stick with all the info, turn your pc off, pull them out, copy the sticker info and post it here.

kingston KVR 400/512r the other one doesnt have a name but it says 512mb ddr dimm q

from what I can find the Kingston appears to be CL3 ram, 3-3-3-7@2.6v 2T
