Default Overclocking the Phenom X3 so far....

Hey... Been testing some things with overclocking and im hitting a road block that I need to get over. So far my AMD Phenom X3 8650 running on the Asus M3N-HT has been overclocked from 2.3 ghz to 2.7 Ghz, no problem and with a max temperature of 52C running full load for 30 minutes. Im afraid though to go higher not because of heat issues but because of my ram. I have two Kingston 1GB 800mhz, one is a PC6400, and the other is PC7200 (Ya.. its different someone shoot me if this is bad) Im not sure what i should set the RAM clocks at and what mhz rating. On my last board anytime i changed it, it would restart and the motherboard would act like it had no ram so i would have to jump it. Any suggestions?
