Default Overclocking not working with Nvidia mobo

Hi, I have this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813135026 And want to over clock my core 2 duo E6300, but If I turn the FSB up just a little the computer just wont show anything on the screen. I can only get it too 2.01ghz from 1.86ghz.

Any Ideas?

Raise vcore voltage, that might help. Do it a little bit at a time.

over-clocking takes up huge amount of power and throws of LOTS of heat maybee it isnt getting any higher because the CPU temp is getting too high and is forced to go bak down to cool off
try:
uprading power supply
adding fan or heat sink to computer
