Overclocking my graphics card

how would i know when to stop?
i dont want to push to far to where i would start seeing artifacts. The guides i have seen online were saying keep raising till you start to see artifacts then shut your system down for a couple of hours to cool down. I dont really want to do that...
Artifacts don't necessarily mean it's overheating, as long as you keep an eye on the temps, you won't do any damage.

As for the stress test, just play 20min of Warhead, I know it sucks, but it's very graphics intensive.

I tried overclocking my 2.4 GHz core 2 duo without the proper cooling and it almost melted my video card within SECONDS

i set riva tuner to where if it gets hotter than 70c it will crank the fan speed up to 100%.
how high of temps should i look for?

G92's max temp is around 105c, I'm happy with temps all the way up to ~90c.

Err, how would overclocking your CPU affect the graphics card?

for a normal idling, you should probaly have it around 40 and gaming maybe 55 celcius

you dont want it to go above 75 though
