Default overclocking my gpu

how can i overclock my video card? i noticed in an older version of catalyst theres an overdrive tab in the desktop settings, but i cant find anything in the most recent version.

Intel P4 530 @3.15 Ghz, ASUS P5GDC-V Deluxe, Barracuda 200GB SATA HD,500 Watt Glacier Power Supply, ATI Radeon X800 XT PCI-e,1.553 GB PC3200 DDR400 RAM, tv out: 27" flat screen,optical out: 500 watt 5.1 surround, 3dmark03:11551, top fps:1200+ chit-chigity check yo self before you wreck yo self, cuz shotgun bullets are bad for ya health.

if you look on PC stats and search for beginners tips click on one of them lol, i forget which and look through all the selections and somewoere near the 50s you'll see how to overlocker Nvidia\ati videocards trick
all you gotta do is change a little something in the registry, its real simple i do it all the time for my 5700
