Default Overclocking, HOw, and safely?

I just overclocked my ATI 9600, and it runs fine (Used Optimized OVERDRIVE from ATI, RUns very smooth now) But, is there any programs, that are safe, and or anything of the sort to overclock my Processor: AMD Seprom(tm) 2200+, ~1.5ghz, any further info, contact or post here

go to the amd website, for my 3500 they had programs in the download section for overclocking

no doubt they'll have one for the sempron too!
