Overclocking a celeron prossesor

ive never overclocked a prossesor before and i just wondered how to exactly do it.

i have a slot 1 intel celeron 366mhz prossesor and i wondered if i could get 500mhz out of it

Ha! you can't Oc that to 500MHZ. Why not getting a nice P3 600MHz Slot1 socket instead?
