Well, its the Winchester cores (90nm) that have 512mb of l2 cache because the dual memory interface they think makes up for this...
Actually, from a few reviews I've read, this is pretty true, and you would only notice the difference in programs that use the cache more. Games would tend to take a lead because of the dual memory controllers
So this would be the 3200+ (90nm) and the 3500+ (90nm) that would have 512mb cache I think... and any cards above that wiv 90nm too.
