overclocking amd athlon 64 3200+

hello, i am wondering if it is possible for me to overclock my computer. i got it 3 days ago and it seems when i go to system the speed changes from 2.0 to 1.79 and then back to 2. but i want to know what is the highest i could overclock my computer too. i still want my computer to be reliable, but faster than what it is now. and the easiest way to overclock it. Here is my setup
it is a hp a530n
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ @ 2.0ghz (usually)
512mb ddr pc2700
wesern digital 200gb 7200rpm
nvidia fx5200xt
ASUS K8N8X-LA (HP/Compaq motherboard name: Diablo-UL6E)
