overclocking a Abit IC7-G

I am new at overclocking and would like to try. I just bought this motherboard and read that it is suppose to be easy to overclock but I am not sure how. Could someone help get me started? Thanks for any help. Here are the system specs.

P4 3.0
Abit IC7-G
1 gig PNY pc3200 DDR400 ram
eVGA nVIDIA e-GeFORCE 6800 Limited Edition
Creative Audigy2 ZS sound card

go to www.ocforums.com, they have alot of things about over clocking, they even have a certain section about mobos, that goes down to company, so ull be able to find out really ez, and evthing
