Default overclocking

i have a celeron 633mhz id like to overclock it has windows me on it and i cant figure out how to to overclock it

it is a prefab so its near impossible, you would have to find your PLL which is hard with that old of a computer. also you would get maybe a 20-40mhz OC because you cant raise the vcore, but even if you could heat would become a factor.
