Overclocking?

Hello I have read the overclocking methods and I couldn't find any of the options of my computer, I have a what maybe concidred a crap computer, running:

Foxcon Motherboard.
Celeron 2.6ghz cpu.
768MB memory, ddr, 3200 I think 400mhz



If anyone knows if it's wise to do this or how to do so it will be helpfull :)

Hello I really think my pc sucks, though it runs ok for me normally, I love playing games, but some games it does chuck a bit and stutter what things would you change on my pc, I know it sucks compared to alot of you on this forum, but I have no job and I'm looking currently.

Yes I know it sucks like hell.. but money is bad for me lol
 
you can overclock your videocard using powerstrip, but you cant do any cpu/memory overclocking
