it's the basic running configuration software for your computer, holding Esc while booting up should get you to them. And if you have never heard of this before, i wouldn't try to mess with anything before you learn more.

It's aslo sometimes the delete key or f2. ya i wouldn't recromened overclocking if you havn't even heard of your BIOS before. read up on it and then come back and ask some questions.

If you don't know what bios is RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO CLICKING IN IT! Seriously my dad can tell you many stories about me playing in bios. hehe.
