Over heating

how can i help my computer from not over heating without spending money on a water cooling system, i have 4 fans one in the back 2 in the front that suck air in and one pci fan and then the cpu heatsink. It always seems to over heat around 109.8F

most cost effective way is usually always a new heatsink & fan you could probably pick up a nice arctic cooling 1 for bout 30$ well im in uk and can get it for £16 and that will drop it to bout 25'C maybe even less

first, while talking about computer related stuff temperature is in C.
So that would be 43C, which temp is that? Since none of the components should overheat at such low temp. Except maybe the mobo.

Cleaning the computer will always improve temps, dust does increase temperatures more than you would think. If this doesn't help then it might be time to go and buy some arctic silver 5 thermal paste (or some other good thermal paste) and apply it to any part that is overheating.

there's half your problem there, all fans as intake, none exhausting. Change the rear one to exhaust.

Rule of thumb for case fans: Front and side inlet, rear and top exhaust.
