Default Over Clocking A E6750

How far could u stably oc a intel c2d E6750 2.66ghz you guys should know the rest of the spec on that cpu and how much cooling upgrade would be needed?

it all depends. I'm guessing a little over 3Ghz without any kind of problems.
You can probably get there with a stock cooler.

As far as all your components will let it. You have to watch heat mainly. But if your ram or motherboard can't handle high FSB's your overclock will be less than stellar.

Without knowing any off that you should get 3Ghz from most boards though.

I can get my E6600 to 3.8Ghz without touching voltages, so I'de say pretty high up there, I was using a tuniq tower 120.
