I have Outlook 2007 and for some reason it freezes on start up. This is not every time but it still happens quite a lot (about 1 in 6). I open the program and then the hourglass cursor will appear straight away and the program has frozen. To get out of it I have to open up another program (say IE) and then I can force Outlook to exit. Any ideas on how to fix this?
