Click Start, Run, and type msinfo32. It would be right on the main screen towards the top.

but how could i do it on an uncomplete build?
i can post any links that you might need
if you could just tell me what to look for

i like to do things myself

there might be an Beta OS that i would like to help with by using on my new build
