Default Ordering from cites question

When dealing with sites such as newegg, zipzoomfly and Mwave, how are they to deal with when a monitor has dead pixels? Do they take back even if there is 1 dead pixel? Hard time, take it right back and pay for the shipping...etc?

Basically shipping it back to the Manufacture (not newegg) and them sending you a replacement. You'd probably have to pay for shipping.

Hey, im the owner of http://www.digital3k.com and when we have a problem like that we will take it back if there is a few dead pixels. We also do pay the return shipping.
